Glögg

from SEK 300.00

Glögg, a swedish hot beverage made during the holiday season is a wine based spiked drink deepened with various spices and later drank with almonds and raisins, often served with pepparkakor.

Glögg stems from Glödgat vin (hot wine) and was almost a lost tradition during the prohibition. It made a comeback during 50s and 60s and was soon a tradition in all Nordic countries and Estonia.

The color is inspired by that of wine. Glögg is served in a small translucent glasses, making the color shift in different light.
